Kirobo has been in the blockchain space since 2018, with the original mission of making crypto as “safe and secure as online banking”. We had originally created the ‘Undo Button’ to safeguard against sending crypto to the wrong wallet address (so far protecting 2 billion dollars) and give you the ability to retract the transaction and claim your assets back. Following this, at the beginning of 2022, we developed our ‘Back-up & Inheritance Feature’ for our on-chain wallet (link)
In order for us to create these features, we relied on smart contracts that require 4 months of hard work by our development team at a cost of up to $300,000 each.In the process, we encountered the enormous challenge of Web3 development.
We also realized that the tools for developing products for Web3 are limited and slow, and that developers face obstacles when launching their projects on the blockchain that do not exist in other industries. We understood the need to speed up the development pace of Web3 and that if we don’t change the way we build products on the blockchain, if we don’t make the process fast, simple, and cost effective, then Web3 will never achieve mass adoption.
